Winter Break 2002 Review

So, I'm back, with another report of how my Winter Break is coming along. Haven't done much this week, since returning from London. Went and saw the Clipper-76er game on New Year's Eve, and then ended up missing the party some of my other friends had, so I didn't do much that night except chat with others who had an equally unexciting (un-intoxicated) New Year's experience.

On New Year's Day, I basically did nothing at all, sat at home and worked on my Picture Gallery, which I got working in PHP -- it looks a lot better, and has a ton of more features! That night, I also had the pleasure of watching the shittiest movie I have ever seen in my entire life: Ravenous. I'm serious! I've never seen a worse movie than this one. It starred Guy Pierce of Memento, John Spencer of The West Wing, and the spaz of the century David Arquette. I was fooled by my friends into watching it: they called me up and said, we are renting Bad Boys, do you want to watch? I said, hell yes! It's a sweet movie. Go downstairs, get in the car, and realize, wait it's not Bad Boys, but Ravenous, and the following two hours would be the worst of my life! Anyway, at least now the spot formerly held by Kazaam as the worst movie ever seen, is now held by Ravenous.

Yesterday, I did even less than on Wednesday, in that I sat at home the entire day, without leaving and worked on my PHP Humor section. I finished it up late at night, and it's pretty good now -- it has options for quotes by date, category, and a brandnew screenname search engine. It was also my mom's birthday, so we celebrated it by doing nothing...haha.

Today, again woke up at noon, which has been a regular habit this entire week, and then went to eat and to Best Buy. I'm thinking of buying an Apple iPod soon, so if anyone has seen any deals, let me know, ok?

So there it is, my uneventful week in review. What's up next? NOTHING of course. I'm headed back to Berkeley on Monday, and hopefully that will give me more stuff to do than sit on my bed with my wireless equipped laptop and chat on AIM.
